Botto's work was featured in "Notes from the Ether," an exhibition at the ArtScience Museum, Marina Bay Sands, exploring the intersection of NFTs and AI in digital art.
"Notes from the Ether: From NFTs to AI" at the ArtScience Museum, Marina Bay Sands, showcased contemporary digital art using emerging technologies like Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI). The exhibition, held from August 19 to September 24, 2023, brought together 20 artists, including Botto, to explore the boundaries of artistic expression and technology. Curated by Deborah Lim and Clara Che Wei Peh, the exhibition highlighted works such as Botto's "Err Hold" and other pieces that reflect the evolving landscape where art, culture, and technology converge seamlessly. This exhibition offered visitors a glimpse into the future of digital art and the innovative potential of AI and blockchain technologies.

Meet the Curators
Curator and arts writer
Clara Che Wei Peh
Clara Che Wei Peh is an independent curator and arts writer from Singapore. Her recent curated projects include: Art Dubai Digital, UAE; “Proof of Concept”, Co-Museum and Appetite, Singapore, and “Generating/Iterating”, The Upside Space, Singapore (all 2023). She has been published in Yishu: Journal of Contemporary Chinese Art, the 8th Asian Art Biennale Reader, Hyperallergic, among other platforms. She is also the founder of NFT Asia, an artist collective in web3. She has been an Adjunct Lecturer at LASALLE College of the Arts and recently sat on the Advisory Board of the Julius Baer Next Generation Art Prize. Clara holds an MA in History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art and a BA in Economics from Yale-NUS College.
