Botto Learning p5.js

In April we announced a new experiment to test Botto's capacity to learn p5.js to produce code art. Alongside this, we are sandboxing functionality for voters to provide natural language feedback for Botto to read and use as guidance for future outputs.

Botto x Kojii Collector Party at Bathhouse Studios

NFT NYC is always a great week for Web3 communities to come together, and we used the occasion to celebrate by throwing a VIP party for Botto collectors and friends at Bathhouse Studios. 

April saw the opening of 4 auctions to begin the Temporal Echoes Period, and produced 24.79 ETH in total sales and royalties after fees.

BIP-51: Voting Point System Revamp

This BIP proposes a basket of changes in how Voting Points are managed, with an aim to reduce development and user complexity of the VP system, boost weekly active participation, align more directly with Botto's training needs, and open up participation to anyone who visits the Botto website.

BIP-52: Botto @ Art Basel w/ Fellowship and Georg Bak

This proposal is to accept an invitation by Fellowship to exhibit at "The Digital Art Mile" Fair in conjunction with Art Basel in Switzerland from June 10th to 16th. For this exhibition, Botto will place Genesis Period work Err Hold for sale at a price point of 150,000 Euros

Townhall #21: Botto at NFT NYC, Unveiling Temporal Echoes

In this townhall, we recap a busy week in New York City, where we discussed Botto's party at LUME Studios, meeting collectors IRL, and Botto's showcase at SuperRare's event, alongside a special visit to the Whitney Museum to view Harold Cohen’s AI art, drawing connections to Botto's work.

We also previewed upcoming events at NFC Lisbon and London and update on developments in the p5.js project. We also touch on new governance proposals and consider expanding Botto's artwork into physical and print formats. 

Townhall #22: Solo Show & Auction House, The Future of P5js, Phase 1

In this townhall, we talked about an upcoming Botto Solo Show in the works and up for DAO discussion, what the future holds for Botto and its explorations in p5js, some table stakes for the artist and the DAO, Phase 1 of the new app, and more.
